PT. THEP is committed to carrying out its activities prioritizing occupational safety and health. Herbicide spraying activity in one of the afdeling in Balunijuk Estate 4, all workers are required to use Personal Protective Equipment provided by the company for free in accordance with the level of risk of danger. To ensure the effectiveness of PPE and awareness of its use by workers, the Dept. HSE (Health Safety & Environment) PT. THEP conducts regular supervision and outreach to spraying workers. This is in line with the company's vision to develop Indonesian sustainable palm oil plantations (ISPO / Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil).
